What We Collect

EverydayTrivia collects minimal data to provide and improve the service:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily create an account (magic-link sign-in) or subscribe to reminders. We never sell or share your email.
• Quiz scores and streaks — for guests, stored locally in your browser (localStorage). If you create an account, your scores, streaks, and username are stored on our servers to power the leaderboard and your profile.
• Usage analytics — we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, quiz completions). No personal data is tracked.

Cookies

EverydayTrivia uses localStorage (not cookies) to remember your quiz streak and subscription status. If we display ads through Google AdSense, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Third-Party Services

• Hosting and database providers — the site runs on reputable cloud infrastructure that processes data on our behalf under their own privacy safeguards.
• Google AdSense — may be used to display advertisements. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from reminder emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your account or data, reply to any email from us and we'll handle it promptly.

Children's Privacy

EverydayTrivia is a general audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
